Adding References Dynamically

Hai ,
I have a class library named "testSQL.dll"
I am writing a windows service in vb.net. So i want to use this class library in that.
So for that we generally add the class library in the reference and create a object for that and access the methods which are there in the dll.

for ex: We create a object as
Dim obj as new testSQL.testservice
obj.addNumber()

But what i want is i want to read the dll name i.e the class library name dynically.
so how to do that.

Now i want to create the object as

Dim obj as new <dllName>.testservice
obj.addNumber()

I don't think that this can be done, but suggest searching the site as I have seem a similar post.
