Problems after copy deploy from W2KServer to W2kServer2003

I have an app that's been running on Windows 2000 Server ASP.NET 1.1 at an
ISP for over 4 years. Recently, they setup a new server farm and copy
deployed the app over to Windows 2003 running ASP.NET 2.0 (o course both 1.1
and 2.0 of .NET framework are on the new box as well).

My new app runs fine on the new server configuration with the exception of
one thing. I have some ASPX pages that open another ASPX page to collect
information. That newly opened ASPX page uses "RegisterCLientScriptBlock" to
emit jscript into
the page prior to returning to the client that sets some display variables
on the
window that did the opening. This now no longer works. I don't get any
errors...it just stop working.

Can someone give me some ideas of where to look as I am at a complete loss.

Thanks in advance,

Paul Reed
