Duplicate records inserts in gridview after hitting F5

Hi,

I am using GridView Control of asp.net 2.0 to perform add, update and delete operations. The problem is that after performing an action like insert when i press F5 the record is inserted again in the database. Is there a way to prevent this.

Thank You.
