Create a Random number be in the Around!!!

Hi !
I want to create a Random number be in the Around, but not same the numbers created before !
Exam :
My around :
0000,......,9999
Random number was created : 1234, 2134, 0001, 9998

Random will be created : xxxx, but xxxx != random numbers was creates.

show me, thanks!

There is a Random class in the .NET framework. Read about it and use it to generate the numbers and add the numbers into an ArrayList. Before you add the number to the list, check if the number is already there in the list. If it is in the list then generate another. Otherwise add it.
What do you mean by "be in the Around"?
