Support for Simplified chinese Resources.resx

I have a resources.resx file that has been translated into simplified
chinese. However, when I bring it up in Visual Studio 2005 the value column
is a bunch of boxes. I suspect that I need to add some kind of support for
the language, but not sure how.

Anyone have any idea on how to do this?

Go to "Control Panel" - "Regional and Language Options" - "Languages" tab
and make sure "Install files for East Asian languages" is checked.
