Data problem in DropDown List

Hi,
I am facing a problem from last few dayes.I have a Dropdownleast box which is bind with Table DrugMaster which contain around 65 Thausand Drug.
When we use Selected index Change to select any drug my web page becone stuck and selection is not working. For solving this issue i implement data caching but still the problem is not solved.my dropdown selection is working fine when i bind dropdown list with table having 500 or 600 drug and my data
caching is also working fine with this table. Please Solve my this issue.

Thanks
Shailesh Kumar.
