is any client is connected or not?

I'm using async socket in .net C#, now my question is, how do I know on my server side that the Client side had stopped or disconnected its connection (Socket)

I'm using async socket in .net C#, now my question is, how do I know on my server side that the Client side had stopped or disconnected its connection (Socket)
