Windoxs Xp Pro Admin details missing on startup

Something happened ? I ended up with new user from past tat was used but not
requested. On startup screen Admin was missing and in place two new users,
but I have none of my admin settings on either one but admin on hd is intact.
Worse I had just recieved new emails the day before stored them in Outlook
with cod, passwords and alike but on opening outlook it's at fefault.

1) how can I restore settings (used restore twice and would not restore
and changed nothing) for starup to show admin (and hopefully allow me into my
details)

2) where can I find (if any) the emails from outlok that were stored on new
folders within outlook.

Can anyone help me (oh bad time reciently stopped smoking and at time when
brain is not working well so be tolerant with any help) and supply option or
routes I can ue to correct "if possible".
Whilst I'll be storing off 300Gb of information onto disk just in case the
worst comes to the worst.
Please help.
