Developers using different service packs

What problems (if any) are there with one developer using Visual Studio
2005 and another using Visual Studio 2005 SP1.

Other than the one running without SP1 may have problems running code that works fine in SP1, no problem at all. Unless the person running SP1 adds features to the project that requires SP1 to work, the one without SP1 won't have to upgrade either.
