ListView in LargeIcons mode - how to expand the shown text length?

Hi everybody!

How to expand the length of the visible text of ListViewItem shown in the LargeIcons mode? If this text is too long it's being cut so the rest of the text is replaced with "..." and is no longer visible until you select this item. Ex: instead of "Southern Fried Chicken with Chips" i see "Southern Fried C..." which is not suitable for me.

Any suggestions?
