how to create a resume builder using C#

6 New Member
hello everyone!

i tried searching for a sample code which might give me an idea on how to create a resume builder but unfortunately i cant seem to find any relevant links.

here's my problem:

i have to create a software using .NET where in the user will enter the needed information for his resume. capturing the data from the user is easy, however, i don't know how to send those data and format them in a word document. also, the resume that should be created should only be one page long and it should also contain a picture of the user.

i really have no idea how to go about this. i hope someone can help or just give me an idea on how to do this. thanks :)

What is stopping you designing and building the software yourself? Otherwise you may strike this problem frequently and not learn enough to ever complete such software. Even if someone has a sample application your users will request changes and you'll always be looking to someone else for support. I suggest giving it a go, but if you don't understand the basics learn them first.

actually no one is stopping me from making the said software however, im having a hard time on how to convert the data i get from the application and then send it and format it in a word document. that is my problem.

i have started a bit on doing this and so far i have not encountered any problems yet.

here are some of the links that gave me an idea on how to go about this problem:
