C# String Manipulation Help Please

I am trying to parse a file that contains lines like this:

string line = "DEFINE_ERROR 1234 This is the define of this error";

I have used split to get and exam "DEFINE_ERROR"
string[] sites = line.Split(' ');
string output += "Error Define:" + sites[0] + "\n";

Now how can I get and print "This is the define of this error" which always start at third field but with variable number of words.

Thanks a lot,

As long as that string is always going to be the last part you simply read from the third index to the last position of the array
