creating an xml web page to get values from windows service project in c#

i want to know how can we relate windows service with a web page. i mean i have a windows service project where i run some start thread, which calls another class and has the IPAddress and status of some device.
i want to display those details in my web page. how do i go about it?
i dont understand how should i start.
i have created an xml file with :
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
  2.  
  3. <DEVICES>
  4.   <DEVICE>
  5.     <NAME>MILL1</NAME>
  6.     <IPADDRESS>192.20.120.1</IPADDRESS>
  7.     <STATUS>ONLINE/OFFLINE</STATUS>

  10.     <NAME>MILL2</NAME>
  11.     <IPADDRESS>192.20.170.1</IPADDRESS>
