writing on a web page.

Hi I need to create a new lable every time for a sentence fetched from the database and write to a specified location on the web page. is there any method in asp.net to do the same dynamically every time the page loads in?

you have to write code in the page_load event....

1.drag a PlaceHolder Control to the desired location....

2.Declare a Label variable
Dim lbl as Label

3.dynamically create a Label
lbl=New Label

4.Add label to the PlaceHolder
PlaceHolder1.Control.Add(lbl)

5.fetch your record from database....

6.Assign it to the label
lbl.Text="Record from database"
