Visual source Safe Poblem

Hi ,I've Created one solution in vs 2003 that has win ,web and rf Project' and i'm using web services too.
ive added this soluton in vss 6.0, but after some times its geeting currupted and its creating more than one folder for my web application , Webservices and middle web services. Can u Tell me why its Heppening ?
