Hello,

The last days I have done the same trouble. After look into a few hours, I have found out the below explanation:

This issue happens more frequently for the assemblies coming from VS 7.1 project which enables version auto incrementing on each build by default. So if the dll "A" reference dll "B" and we only have an older version of B, you will get this error. You should rebuild all the projects in one solution, including "Momentum.Model" and "Momentum.DataAccess.ProductData", or turn off the version "auto incrementing"(Open AssemblyInfo.vb and set the "AssemblyVersion" into "1.0.0.0")

The url is: http://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/ViewFeedback.aspx?FeedbackID=122707

I've followed these instrustrucions, and the error has dissapeared.

I hope that this helps.

Regards.
