accesing datas from multiple columns and shown in a dropdownlist which is used in datalist

i m using a datalist...within the datalist i m using dropdown list.....as itemtemplate...then i have to datbind to dropdownlist.......the thing is that, in a table different columns are there ...from three diff.columns, data have to come and display in the dropdown....thank u for responding me
