How to add comments in VB.NET

You may laugh at this question. This is the way I learn things.. Please teach me .NET. I want to know how to add comments in VB.NET .

Comments in VB.net are just preceeded with '

For example:
'The purpose of this GUI is for the user to etc etc
'comments comments comments comments
'comments comments comments comments
