itunes error cos msmapiapps

Hi
Basically i cant install iTunes because i havn't got the reg key msmapiapps
in the windows registry under Windows Messaging Subsystem. Can anyone help me
to either get the key or recommend a program (prefebaly for free, or will
consider buying if its worth it) that lets me sync videos to my ipod?

Please can you send replies to k.******@ntlworld.com as i dont really use
this site because its really confusing to find what you want.

Thanks in advanced.
