DataSet Designer missing

Hi,

I am using Visual Studio 2005 and has a problem with DataSet Designer.
While I was using Visual Studio, 'A Package Load Failure Error' was
given.

Visual Studio terminated and when re-opened it again, the DataSet
designer disappeared. A DataSet file is being opened with an XML
Schema Editor.

I created a new project but with no success. I also tried resetting
visual studio settings, but again with no success.

Can someone help me with this problem.
Thanks in Advance

You might try reinstalling VS2005.

What do you mean it's gone? If you choose Data/AddNewDataSource,
and you add a new data source pointing to a table (or whatever),
it doesn't add the DataSet to your project? Or it does, but then
when you try to open it, it doesn't use the DataSet Designer?

It does not use the DataSet Designer.

I Uninstalled visual studio, and re-installed it again.

Problem is at the moment solved.

Wow, that's really strange. Congrats on solving it, though.

max

I up this post because I get the same problem.
I already uninstall and reinstall the product, but the problem still exists.
The dataset.designer.vb file is deleted from the app folder. Luckly I get a
backup, but it's really frustrating.
