.NET Runtime 2.0 Error reporting - msdart.dll error

hi,

My app. is a Win service that was running well for 2 months now
(testing). Suddenly, from yesterday, i get the following error and my
service crashes. I couldn't track down on the cause of this error.

I have googled "faulting module msdart.dll", but cudnt get anything
related. I think this is some issue concerned with the IIS. I dunno for
sure. Please help me in this
