How to add application to firewall exception on Windows Visita?

Hi there,
I have tried the Windows Firewall APIs from Windows XP SP2 PSDK similar
to the example provided by MSDN:

ms-help://MS.VSCC.2003/MS.MSDNQTR.2006JAN.1033/ics/ics/exercising_the_firewall.htm,
it works on XP SP2 but does not works for Vista. Does anyone knows
anyting about the Firewall exceptions on Vista programatically.

Thanks

Gordon
