Help with XSL Query

Hi all.

I would like to know the XSL syntax one would use to obtain *multiple*
XML nodes whose tag names meet a certain criteria. For example:

<MainTag>
<SubTagOne/>
<SubTagTwo/>
<SubTagThree/>
</MainTag>

I would like to return all tags whose names begin with "SubTagT" which
would hopefully result in two results:

<SubTagTwo/>
<SubTagThree/>

Write a predicate based on explicitly testing local-name(), and apply
that to a select or match on * (on the appropriate axis).

You may also want to think about using XML's facility for dividing names
into groups: namespaces.

BTW, the more idiomatic solution would be to explicitly say "SubTagTwo |
SubTagThree" and so on rather than trying to do a substring match on the
element names. Among other things, XSLT processors are likely to handle
the explicit list faster, since that's what they're optimized for.
