Error during loading of web application

Hi All

Following error is coming in particular web application during loading /
login process.

background-----
we have 3 ip segment
172.26.1.x
172.26.2.x
172.26.3.x.

application was working upto 3 days back in all segment, but now since last
3 days it is not working first 2 segment and working on 172.26.3.x segment.
during logging, all the time users are getting below given erros msg.
any one can thrw some light how can we metigate this error.
