OracleCommand support in framework 2.0?

While looking at information on OracleCommand class, I was surprised to see
the Microsoft documentation saying "Note: This namespace, class, or member
is supported only in version 1.1 of the .NET Framework." Am I looking at old
documentation or is this true? If true, what is the recommended replacement
in Framework 2.0? And what happens when new development uses the replacement
but old development code using the 1.1 are mixed?
