FileSystemWatcher: Who did it?? and Move??

Hi,

I'm monitoring a Folder with a FileSystemWatcher to catch the changes to
files (renaming, writing, creating, deleting). Although I have 2 questions:

1) How can I see who did the action? I'm able to see who did the Last write
to a file, but I can't do it when the File was deleted? I should be able to
store the name of the user who deleted a file...

2) Is there a way to know when a file was moved (cut-paste to another folder
or via drag-and-drop): I now get a Delete-event and a Create-event. What I
do now is watching if there is a Create that comes directly after the Delete
for a file with the same name? But isn't there a 'better' way? and what if
another actions happens at the same time: could it be possible that it
comesb etween the Delete and the Create?

Thanks a lot in advance,

Pieter
