RTF String Save to DB using WebService Problem

I have a windows forms application that makes use of the RichTextBox control
and attempts to save any information entered as RTF (RichTextbox.Rtf
property) to the DataBase via Webservices. but I get the following error:

An unhandled exception of type 'System.Xml.XmlException' occurred in
system.xml.dll

Additional information: System error.

If anyone has had this problem and knows of a solution their help would
certainly be appreciated.

Paul
