Can someone recommend a data mapping tool?

Can someone recommend a tool for managing the xpath mappings of web service
elements between various layers in an n-tiered architecture?

for example: "/response/statementSummaryList/statementSummary/billIssueDate"
in one layer
maps to:
"/Envelope/Body/AccountBillInformationList/AccountBillInformation/@billIssueDate"
in another layer. We need some kind of tool or specialized database to
manage the mappings as service versions evolve and change over the life
cycle of a service.

Thanks,

Keith
