webservice blocked with pivottableclass

hi!

i use a webservice to connect my PivotTable to my cube. but often my
webservice blocked on the line: "Dim o_PT as New PivotTableClass" and i don't
understand why.

the dll Interop.OWC11.dll is present on the server web.
AS and IIS are separated
AS server: Win 2k3 + AS SP3 + xmla installed
Web Server: win 2k3 + ptsfull.exe

the problem appeared the first time when i tried to use msolap.asp on the
webserver with the line "pump.ServerName="myServerAS" ". but if i tried to
come back to the first configuration (msolap on my AS server) the problem
stays and sometime resolves himself later without intervention.......
i add that i have no error when i tried "http://myserver/appliOWC/msolap.asp"

has someone an idea of what is the issue?
thanks
