You can call a Java Web Service exactly like a .NET Web Service.
You just need an URL to the WSDL.
You don't need WSE for basic Web Service operation, you need WSE if you want
use WS-Security, WS-Policy WS-Transaction, ... but I'm afraid that no
interoperability exist with Java.
I don't understand exactly what you mean by "capturing" but you can
intercept SOAP Request and Response with MS SOAP Trace Utility include
with SOAP Toolkit (see on
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...isplaylang=en).
