PerformanceCounter installation

Hi,

I'm using performancecounter controls in my current vb.net project that work
fine. Unfortunately, sometimes the counters seem to get deleted out of the
system's counter list (esp. when I install/uninstall other software) which
results in my application crashing on next startup.
Any ideas on how to prevent this?

Greetings,

Peter
