HOW To implement a controller class in a VB.NET code

Hi all!

I am developing an apps following the OOP principles and I would like to
know how should I implement a controller class in order to call the others
classes involved in the Business and Data Access Layers ...

I assume you mean Controller in terms of the Model/View/Controller pattern.
Take a look at the User Interface Process and the Composite User Interface
Application Blocks from the Microsoft Patterns and Practices group.
