boundable class creation - howto?

I need to create class which will allow another classes to bind to it. Like
DataView. For example class cat:

public class cat{
public String Name{
get{ ... }
set{ ... }
}
....
}

TextBox txt1 = new TextBox();
txt1.DataBindings.Add(new System.Windows.Forms.Binding("Text", cat1, "Name",
true));

Which interfaces I need to use or maybe something else?
