paste images to web page forms

I am trying to find out if there is a way to paste images to web page forms
much like you can paste text.
The reason being is we have a web based help desk site and users submit
issues using a form that we made.
We would like to be able to have them send a screen capture of an error they
may be getting using the PrintScreen button
but without them having to first save the image using an editor like MS
Paint and then uploading it using a a regular file upload button normally
used on a webpage. We want to make it as simple a possible for the users. Is
there any way to simply paste images from the Windows clipboard into a form
at all? I hoped there was some sort of code that would allow for this. Is
there anyway i can make use of Dot.NET (ASP.NET).

Thanks in advance,

AFAIK, I haven't seen this done using just HTML/ASP.NET/Web Forms.

Your best bet might be doing some research into making your own ActiveX
control to automatically take a screen capture and upload it.
