What are some popular commercial programs developed using .NET WinForms? I
believe PowerQuests Drive Image and Ghost are. What are some others?

Popular? I don't know. But as for commercial applications, there is also
the VNC Manager from SmartCode solutions, which provides additional
features on top of the open source VNC to compete with big commercial
remote desktop tools: http://www.s-code.com/

I've never used it though so i don't know what it's worth.

I believe BizTalk 2004 is (appearently the largest .NET app in the world)
and that Microsoft intends to write all their future applications / OS
services upon the .NET framework \ managed code.
