VS dot NET, new WIN 2003 server install - data connections?

Hi - Upgraded to win 2003 Server. Now in VS dot NET if I Tools > Connect To
Database - nothing happening. Also Server Explorer > Add Connection -
nothing.
Some update I'm missing or do I re-install VS dot net? Thanks in advance for
any help.
