using system.web.sendmail question

I'm using the "System.Web.Mail" class in my web application. My question is:
How do I get the message I'm sending out to cause a "Delivery reply" to be
generated by the recieving email server.

The second part of this problem (for me anyway) is then to find a way to
find that reply on my exchange server (or the corresponding non-delivery
messsage).
