SqlServer CPU Usage hits 100% lang is C#

Dear Reader,
I Developed a website in c# language , but after some hours Sql Server CPU
Usage hits 100% .
It's important that i'm using "Stored Procedures" and data paging in my SP's .
I closed my connections after using and i'm using same connection string for
connection pooling .
Please help me . My visitors can't see the site.
