Invisible Controls

Does anyone know how i can have a control which responds as if visible,
capturing the relevant mouse clicks, etc, but has no visual representation.
I dont mean just nothing rendered on its surface, but also no effect on its
parent?

Alexander,

Very easy, place them on a panel from almost the same size and take that for
your events when it is invisible.

You can do that by placing an invisible styled Panel which can take the mouse
clicks.
