HTML code modification dynamically

Hi everyone,

I have the following HTML code and I like to change the value of REFRESH
content from 2 to something else at runtime.
Any suggestions?

You have this as ASP.NET page? Just put the <meta> tag wirh runat="server"
attribute and an ID. You can then access its properties via its ID (member
in practise).
