Format generated 'Comment Web Pages'

Greetings,
I am trying to use the 'Build Comment Web Pages" functionality in the
IDE and have a formatting question. My
elements look like :

///

/// 1 - blah
/// 2 - blah blah
/// 3 - blah blah blah
//

Then generated HTML loses the new lines and I understand why. The IDE also
converts
. What magical characters can I put in the documentation
so the format stays the way I want?

Thanks in advance.
