Outlook Express type library...

Can anyone tell me why VS.NET 2003 is not finding an
Outlook Express (NOT Outlook) type library under the COM
tab? I assume the file is msoe.dll, but tlbimp doesn't
want to assemble this.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Outlook Express is not an ActiveX exe server (hence, "Express"), so, no
object library/type library to reference to.
