Custom controls with Visual C++ 2005 Express

Is it possible to create them using the designer? In the "New Item" there is
not the "control" option, neither there is in new projects templates "control
library". Importing a blank file created with beta an manually editing the
..vcproj works, but maybe there's a simpler way?
