Building without mainfest and sidebyside etc

Hi,

I've just upgraded from VS6 to VS2003 and went to compile and run my first
new application.

The application runs fine on my workstation but fails on other XP
workstations.

The eventlog shows that I have some missing sidebyside modules, specifically
MicroSoft.VC80.DebugMFC.

I believe the need for this is created by Visual Studio build the
application with manifest files etc.

Is there any way I can get VS2003 to build the module without the
sidebyside/manifest requirements?
