Language Switching dynamically

Hi,
I have an application which reads a small Text File (UTF-8) and displays its contents in a MessageBox.
OnButtonClick()
{
CString strMessage;
TCHAR ch[20];
CStdioFile file;
file.Open("c:\\sample.txt", CFile::modeCreate | CFile::modeNoTruncate | CFile::modeRead);
file.Read(ch, 20);
AfxMessageBox(strMessage);
}
With the english contents in the sample.txt file it is working fine. Where as if we add some Japanese charecters like "検索�果" in the sample.txt file it giving some junk charecters.

Please help me on this. Thans in advance.
