Calling web services through vc.net application

Dear freinds,

I have added the web reference in my vc.net application but i dont
know how to call the methods
i have made a simple web wervice through c# having default hello world
method
i have added the web reference of it in my vc.net application i then
have included the header file in my .cpp file and i am stuck what
next?
how i call the hello world method

please do help
