Attaching multiple files in .Net Windows Application

Hi,
I'm creating an application which requires to store multiple file
attachments in SQL Server Database from a windows form.

I am able to store the files and retreive the files from the database

But I'm stuck with opening the file retreived from the database.

What i really want is an outlook style attachment facility in a normal
windows application wherein users can attach multiple documents which will
get stored in sql database and should be able to view the data record along
with the attachments just like outlook.

when they click on the attachment link the file needs to be opened using the
associated application.

This application is a windows application using VB .net

no matter even if anybody having c# code it will be of great use.
