Windows XP SP2 - problems with "enlisting in a distributed transac

Hi!

(Maybe this is not the optional Managed Newsgroup for this issue...?)

We have problems after upgrading to Windows XP SP2 on our development
machines.

We have tried to follow the instructions here:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=899191

But all XP SP2 development machines gets following error when trying to
create a transaction running in Visual Studio: "An error occurred while
enlisting in a distributed transaction."

This works still perfectly on our Windows 2000 development machines - so
this problem should not have anything to do with any setting on the sql
server - only a setting on the XP SP2 clients!

User permission groups?
Firewall?
Folder permissions?

Any hint is appreciated!

Best regards,
Benjamin, Sweden
