What kind of battery UPS - shutdown software to use for IIS 5 or IIS 6?

We would like to power down our web server (IIS and ASP.NET) and MS Access
safely when the power goes out after 20 minutes, and come back on and start
Windows when power is restored.

Are all shutdown UPS software the same?.. What do you recommend?

thanks.
