I have a question about working with Bluetooth.
Are there any commercial Bluetooth SDK for working with Bluetooth from
C# in Windows XP? Could you advise me something?

MS does not have an SDK, if that is the question. To get to BT, you have to
wrap COM.

High Point has an SDK for the PocketPC:

If your machine is running the Microsoft own Bluetooth stack you can use
this library:-
http://www.peterfoot.net/BluetoothV13.aspx

If your machine has a third-party stack you'll need an alternative.
www.high-point.com have an SDK with .NET support for Broadcomn/Widcomm stack
